Descriptionwith spinnerets, electrically heated, includes quench air system but requires chilled water. This line has 10 small spinnerets, each is approx 2" by 9" rectangular. 3984 hole spinnerettes made to produce 4-6 denier PP. Output is determined by whatever extruder size and spinnerette/denier you are trying to make. With a heavier denier fiber and bigger hole dies the spinbeam could run a lot more pounds per hour. At 15 dpf would be around 400 lbs per hour. Reported in like new condition.
